Zagreb Invest & Export 2020 – July 21, 2020
On July 21, 2020, Zagreb will host the second conference “ZAGREB INVEST & EXPORT 2020” with the main topic “The impact of the crisis crown on exports and investments” (Hotel Westin, Panorama Hall, 17th floor). It is a one-day international gathering conceived as a meeting place for investors and industry. The aim is to provide direct contact between companies and investors and insight into EU market and regional trends through lectures, panels and speeches of the greatest experts and a series of individual meetings in one place and in one day.
This gathering and discussion on investment and economic development is particularly important in light of the announced economic crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, which, according to estimates, could be worse than the one started in 2008. That is why it is necessary to gather the sector in one place, exchange best practices and practices and connect with potential business partners.
The main goal of this large investment conference is to present the investment potential in the Republic of Croatia. The conference serves as a new, modern communication platform for establishing more intensive cross-sectoral cooperation, as well as for the purpose of improving the flow of information between different stakeholders. The conference will create the preconditions for launching numerous investment projects in various priority areas.
The conference will discuss current data on market trends and trends in priority industrial areas. Key topics include forecasts for global market recovery, EU funds to boost the economy, funding opportunities for investment projects, launching and improving transport and logistics, as well as analyzes of the existing global and domestic investment climate, domestic market research results, examples of best practices, experiences and impressions of foreign investors and representation of specific interests of investors.
The conference will be held in accordance with all instructions of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia, ie with strict adherence to all epidemiological measures (large space, secured space, disinfectants and face masks), to minimize the possibility of infection.
